Things you should know:

Meditation, and mindfulness in particular, is increasingly recommended by health care professionals as a way of bringing balance and a sense of equanimity to our lives.  What’s more, once you have gained an understanding of the practice, it is completely free!

Occasionally, however, there are situations in which meditation is not recommended.  This mostly relates to those who suffer from certain mental illnesses. If you are currently experiencing mental health issues, or have done so in the past, please consult your health care professional prior to enrolling in these courses.

Feel free to call me to discuss your situation prior to enrolling if you are unsure of your next step - 0414 831 435.

Your Privacy:

I respect your right to privacy. I will not disclose your personal information to another party or person without your prior knowledge and consent. If, however, I have reason to believe that you or another person may be at risk, I may need to break confidentiality and seek assistance from an appropriate person or authority.
